Whether working with people one-on-one or in small group settings, our approach to coaching centers on engagement. We bring people and their ideas to life with the hope of not simply meeting but also exceeding what was believed possible. What makes our coaching truly different is our integration of innovative leadership and corporate responsibility. We train people at both the individual and/or group level and then immerse them in a real-world learning apprenticeship at a nonprofit.
