Groundwork to Cornerstone

 

The first 90 days in a new leadership position set the stage for future success. The objective of this program is to give people who are assuming new roles the tools necessary to start off and end up on the right foot. In essence, we work with them to create a game plan that affords them the best opportunity to lead strong. In doing so, we focus on time-tested, results-driven plans.

Participants learn how to approach their new staff and all direct reports, identify and understand the needs of their organization, and develop an action/game plan, which includes implementation tactics and accountability methods. Once people master these techniques, they can use them time and time again as they advance to the top.

This keynote presentation is a must experience. All leaders, at some point, will find themselves in the midst of chaos. It is then that their true leadership colors will show. Learn how to face sudden, unplanned events and emerge stronger.
